In my 30-plus years of both public and private sector municipal infrastructure design and construction experiences, now acting in a consultant role, I continue to support site based technical and administrative tasks in construction management for Energy, Water, and Transportation sector projects. My field activity focus is in acting as an agent to Engineering Design Consultants, as well as Municipal and Regional Owners in extending professional obligations for turnkey delivery of construction product. My public and private sector background in survey, design, planning, asset, and construction management establishes my perceptive understanding in optimized design and constructability metrics to achieve the best project outcomes.

Civiliance is ready to help in delivery of competent site-based contract administrative, and quality control services on projects with heavy civil, structural, mechanical, process, and EI&C deliverables. I also add value in the construction process by offering Pre-Tender and preconstruction review service of plans and specifications to streamline the construction execution, closing and commissioning processes of technically complex projects

Delivery of successful projects requires specific and experienced action to affect project quality, schedule, and budget conditions; but also, and most importantly, an acute mindfulness and consideration of site safety and regulatory requirements including environmental, and First Nations archaeological impacts is equally vital.   In these measures, Civiliance led by Bill Mahoney is positioned to competently assist in delivering successful projects.
