Response in CM functional support of the remote Contract Administrator in day-to-day technical and contractual matters in the execution delivery of a 1.1 ML wastewater attenuation tank, and 1200 LPS wastewater pump station including ancillary mechanical, electrical, and architectural scope.

Response in technical field representation on behalf of the Designer in supporting the construction of two new water reservoirs having a combined storage capacity of 4.5ML; two retrofit, and one new pumping station, having a combined discharge capacity of 15000 LPS. Primary role in CM quality assurance, with material involvement in builder demand-based constructability review prior to issuance of IFC draw.

Response in technical coordination and quality assurance on behalf of Stantec’s EoR in-scope delivery of the municipal infrastructure interface on $1.1B 42 km brown and green field Design-Build Highway project, including 9 flyover structures and utility interface realignment within the road corridor limits located in three lower mainland British Columbia municipalities.

Response in client-side Construction Management on substructure reinforcement, and redecking a 390m double lane bridge span with Polyester polymer concrete over the Fraser River; including installation of a new 52m jump span substructure , new expansion joints at the abutments, and reinforcing the substructure truss to increase capacity.Â
